The Moment That Changed Everything
We all have those unforgettable moments that change our lives.
For me, it happened at a nonprofit event in downtown Indianapolis, at the Westin Hotel.
Our company had just launched, and I was working the event when I heard a young girl share a heartbreaking story of being sold by her mother to feed her three brothers.
Her pain was obvious, and I saw something incredible: hundreds of people pulling out their phones to make donations instantly.
That was my big aha moment.
